You can use the DOC to PDF converter without creating an account. To provide conversion, we temporarily process the file you choose, the resulting PDF, and technical request information needed for security and reliable delivery.

When you contact us, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address and support question. Please do not email confidential documents.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the converter.
• Prevent abuse, malware, and excessive automated traffic.

File retention

Uploaded documents and converted output are temporary and removed after the conversion request completes. The converter does not provide permanent document storage. Operational security records do not contain document contents.
